공공갈등해소를 위한조정의 성공 조건에 관한 연구 -한국형 조정의 모색 = Conditions for Success of Mediation for Public Conflict Resolution -Finding the Mediation Model for South Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study tries to find the desirable mediation model for South Korea, as mediation in Western literature has received attention as public conflict resolution method for public conflict. This study also attempts to highlight the intrinsic nature of mediation, communication, and relationship, which has not been mainly addressed within the field of law and public administration etc. until now. In particular, authors have investigated factors and conditions for successful mediation in South Korea based on the contingency model for conflict management in the West. In order to do this, it utilized in-depth interviews to investigate the respective based on the empirical experience of 28 domestic public conflict experts, while prior studies focused on the case studies and the comparative approach, etc. and suggested implications from the research results.
