LADM 기반의 지적표준화 방향|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

다양한 공간정보의 생성으로 데이터의 구축 및 관리에 필요한 표준화의 중요성이 증가하면서 지적표준에 대한 관심 또한 고조되고 있으며, 특히 지적재조사사업 등 대규모 국책사업을 통해 취득된 지적정보에 대한 표준적인 등록 및 관리 방안이 필요하다. 지적 분야의 표준화에 관한 관심 및 제정을 위한 노력은 ISO/TC211, OGC와 같은 국제적인 표준화에 관한 연구와 제정 활동에 미치지 못 하고 있고, 표준개발에 적극적인 국내 GIS 분야와 비교할 경우에도 상대적으로 제도적인 노력이 미흡한 상황에서 국내 지적시스템 및 해외 지적프로파일의 분석을 통하여 지적에 포함할 수 있는 데이터의 범위를 설정하고, 국제 지적 표준인 토지행정도메인모델(LADM)을 기반으로 지적 표준모델을 설계함으로써 지적정보의 구축, 관리, 활용을 위한 표준화의 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Cadastral Standard as the basic geographic information standard, has been emphasized the geographic information standards by the data construction and management in the spatial information industry. In particular there are necessary the cadastral data model for the management of cadastral resurvey project. However it is not enough to research about the international standards relation to cadastral standards sector like ISO/TC211, OGC standards. This paper is to study on the development of a cadastral profile model based on the Land Administration Domain Model because the cadastral sector has the limitation for understanding the GIS standardbred on the government level. Therefore this paper is to prepare the cadastral standard framework for using construction, management based on the design of LADM as the international standard.
