신체활동 참여노인의 주관적 건강상태와 성공적 노화의 관계에서 삶의 의미의 매개효과 = The relationship among Subjective Health Status and Successful Aging and the Mediating Effects of Meaning in Life of Elderly Participating in Physical Activity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 목적은 주관적 건강 상태와 성공적인 노화와 신체 활동에 참여하는 노인의 삶에서 의미의 중재 효과 사이의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 의정부시 S 복지 센터에서 신체 활동에 참여한 220 명의 노인을 대상으로 설문을 실시, 총 185 개의 유효한 데이터를 SPSS 22.0버전을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 수행을 위해 요인 분석, 상관 분석 및 회귀 분석의 방법이 사용되었으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주관적인 건강 상태는 신체 활동에 참여한 노인들의 노령화에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인되었다. 둘째, 신체 활동에 참여하는 노인이 갖는 주관적인 건강 상태는 삶의 의미인 매개 변수에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 주관적인 건강 상태와 성공적인 노화 사이의 관계를 통해 신체 활동에 참여하는 노인들의 삶의 의미에 대한 매개 효과를 분석함으로써, 주관적인 건강 상태는 완전매개 요인임을 확인하였으며, 이것이 삶의 의미의 하위요인임을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship among subjective health status and successful aging and the mediating effects of meaning in life of elderly participating in physical activity. To achieve the research purpose, a survey was conducted of 220 elderly participating in physical activity at S welfare center located in Gyeonggi-do Uijeongbu-si, and finally 185 valid questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. SPSS 22.0 (Korean version) was used to analyze collected date. Factor analyses, correlation analyses, and regression analysis were used to address the purpose of this study. The findings of this study were as follows. First, subjective health status was confirmed to have a positive effect on successful aging for the elderly who participated in physical activities. Second, the subjective health status held by the elderly participating in physical activities was revealed through analysis results to have a meaningful effect on the mediator variable, the meaning in life. Finally, by analyzing the mediative effect on the meaning in life for elderly people participating in physical activities via the relationship between subjective health status and successful aging, the results showed that subjective health status was a full mediation variable of finding meaning, a subfactor of the meaning in life.
