사회공포증의 임상적 특성과 요인，치료에 대한 고찰 = The study on the clinical features, the factors and the treatment of Social Phobia

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 사회공포증의 임상적 톡징과 요인 그리고 치료에 대해 개괄적으로 고찰하고자 하였다. 주된 임상적 특징으로는 다른 사람이 자신을 주시한다고 느껴지는 상황이나 어떤 업무의 수행과정에서 당황하게 되는 상황 등을 두려워해서 회피반응을 보이며, 극심한 긴장과 불안감을 느끼게 되고 목소리나 손이 떨리고 땀이 나는 등의 생리적 반응이 나타난다. 사회공포증의 원인으로는 뇌의 기능과 관련된 생물학적 요인, 내성적인 기질, 환경적 요인(부모의 양육태도, 문화적 특성) 등이 거론된다. 치료방법으로는 인지-행동요법, 사회기술훈련, 이완훈련, 노출치료, 약물치료 둥이 통합적으로 활용되고 있다. 문제에 대한 인식, 자각, 통찰과정에서 왜곡된 신념의 교정을 핵심으로 하는 인지적 접근이 주로 많이 활용되고 있는데, 증상의 발달적 기원과 주요역동에 대한 심층적인 탐색작업도 병행되어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to consider generally the clinical features, the factors and the treatment of social phobia. The social phobia's patient has some kinds of phobic avoidance in which it comes to feel like that the situation someone stares oneself or embarrassment from accomplishment process of some task.
The patients felt an intense anxiety, an unreasonable fear or tension, and like the trembling voice or hands, some physiological reactions appear.
As a cause of social phobia, the biological factor which relates with the function of the brain, the introspective nature and the environmental factor (like childhood parenting experience, cultural quality..) are discussed.
In a treatment method, the cognitive-behavioral therapy, the social skill training, relaxation training, exposure and the drug therapy are applied with complementary cooperation.
Probably, the cognitive approach is plentifully applied. The therapeutic proccess with self-awareness, recognition, insight includes the correction of a distorted and dysfunctional belief. It have to be meaningfully considered that the origin and dynamics of the social phobia's symtoms.
