전복 산지유통구조의 합리화 방안에 관한 연구 -완도지역을 중심으로- = The Improvement of Distribution System in the Production Areas of Abalone -Focused on Wando Area -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Domestic abalone production has surged from 20 tons in 2000 to 7,479 tons in 2013, and the abalone aquaculture industry is still expected to grow gradually. However, due to the unstable supply and price this industry is facing growth problems, and thus, improvement regarding the area-distribution system of abalone products is constantly being raised. The purpose of this study is to solve this problem through analyzing the area-distribution system of abalone products. Moreover the study aims to develop the abalone aquaculture industry by suggesting a way to make the area-distribution system of abalone products rationalized. In order to accomplish this purpose we collected data from the suppliers and wholesale dealers of the area through a questionnaire surveys, interviews, statistics surveys and analyzed the research material. Problems caused from the local marketing system are as follows: First, most abalone producers prefer shipment through wholesale dealers of the area rather than other roots such as route sales or direct transaction. Second, first wholesale dealers have bigger bargaining power than abalone producers in the abalone producing area. Third, credit transaction statement has a negative impact on liquidity. Forth, abalone producers are vulnerable when it comes to obtaining price information. of shipment, the organization of abalone culturist, and promptness of payment. In addition, the diversification of the acquisition path of prices is also essential.
