공공분쟁연구에서의 정책네트워크 적용가능성 탐색 = Global Perspective : Seeking for applicability of policy network analysis to the public dispute researches

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is to expand an opportunity of leading cooperative network by analyzing policy network of public dispute cases including current status and changes of disputes. For this research purpose, two suggestions were proposed: first, changing social environments in Korea requires policy network; second, relationship between public dispute and policy network was suggested. More specifically, the followings were suggested: Firstly, as for necessity of policy network, reasons why changes in civil society, local government and dispute occurrence require analysis of policy network were examined. Recent trends of conducting researches about policy network were also suggested. Secondly, components of policy network and applicability of relevant model in relation to public dispute were examined. All components of policy network which had been suggested were collected and redundant components were removed, causing components to be reorganized. Then, appropriateness with components of dispute cases was examined and applied. A policy network model was strengthened escaping from the existing formal models. With various legends of the model, it was suggested to diagnose and examine disputes and changing trends more easily.
