농촌 부부들의 관계성장을 돕는 의사소통 프로그램 = (A) program of communication for helping enrichment of the marital relationship in rural community

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 농촌 부부관계 성장을 돕기 위한 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 농촌 부부간 상호이해를 증진시키고, 서로에 대한 새로운 인식과 행동의 변화, 부부자체 문제해결 능력 강화를 통해 부부관계를 성장시키는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.
본 프로그램은 부부관계 성장에 많은 영향을 미치는 의사소통 양상에 대해서 자각하고, 기초적인 의사소통 기술과 갈등해결 기술을 훈련하고, 삶의 목표를 재설정 하도록 하는 내용으로 되어 있다.
프로그램의 실제에서는 1주 1회 120분씩 총 6주 동안 진행되도록 구성하였고, 모든 프로그램은 집단형태로 이루어지며, 강의, 활동, 평가, 과제제시등의 방법들이 활용된다.
이 집단상담 프로그램은 도시부부들에 비해, 부부문제에 대한 전문적인 지식과 정보가 부족한 농촌부부의 문제점을 해결하도록 도와주며 부부갈등 및 문제의 심화를 사전에 예방하고 부부관계가 성장하는데 도움이 되도록 노력하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a program of enhancement for the marital relationship in rural community. This thesis is to help enhancing of the marital relationship through growing of understanding between couples, the new recognition toward each other and changing of behavior, and strengthening of capability to settle down problems by couple themselves.
In the program, self-consciousness of communication affecting enhancement of marital relationship, training of the basic communication skills, re-setting of the life goal are focused.
The program is organized to process for 120 minutes a day for 6 weeks, for groups, and with lecture, workshop, evaluation, and assignment.
This program is helpful to settle down their problems, to take precautions against couples' discordance and deepening of their problems, and to grow the relationship between couples who are in rural community and lack of information about problems of couples rather than for couples in urban community.
