      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Recently, the importance for old people's welfare and health become serious since the beginning of aging society. Especially, the public interest in dotards which is one of typical the Age-related Disease is growing. So, education for Exercise Instructors for Dementia is demanded. Because, they can control and exercise dotards and prescribe for dotard's well-being. Existing exercise programs for the aged are being formed activity at settlement house and cultural Center. But Exercise Instructors for Dementia are wholly lacking. Hence, this study is purposed to compose systematic and efficient curricula of the courses centered on the duties of Exercise Instructors for Dementia.
      For this purpose, this study analyze their duties via DACUM analysis and deduce subjects. The purpose of task analysis is to identify the Exercise Instructors for Dementia’ s duties and tasks. 10 professional were designated as panel, and the task chart was completed via DACUM. The tasks performed by Exercise Instructors for Dementia are categorized in the development of specialty, program planning, comprehension on the dotards, program development, program execution and program evaluation, which are classified into 48 sub-tasks. And, the need analysis is focused on the evaluation of the degree of job importance, the necessity of education from site-Exercise Instructors for Dementia. In consequence, 24 key tasks are determined. Then, the educational contents were streamlined with the meeting documents of task analysis and interviews with interpreters.
      20 subjects produced from task analysis are specified into three categories. The 1st category is composed of An instruction of gerontology, The theory of The Aged Well-being sports, philosophy of training, sociology of training, understanding of dotards, family&dementia, communication which are concerned of counselor for old person’s health. The 2nd dissection-physiology, The measurement and evaluation, The Aged Nutrition, The Aged and the disease, The method of Exercise Prescription & Training, The development of Sports program, The theory of the plan for the special sports program for Dementia, The safety education and First aid which are concerned of contents for The sports preceptor. The 3rd category is composed of The sports educational psychology, The theory of teaching method of a special education for Dementia, The director’s leadership, The theory of directions for the special sports for Dementia, The development of teaching materials for the special sports for Dementia.
