중급학습자를 위한 이유 표현 교수 방안 연구 --느라고, -길래, -는 바람에를 중심으로 = A Study on Teaching Method of Reason Expressions for Intermediate Learners: -based on -느라고, -길래, and -는 바람에

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find a teaching method to help intermediate Korean language learners use appropriate reason expressions in Korean in the context of discourse. The corpus-based research found that `-느라고(-neurago)`, `-길래(-gillae)` and `-는 바람에(-neun barame)` are among the most frequently used spoken reason expressions, and based on this finding, the test was conducted on these learners` cognition of distinction in the meanings of the three expressions, which led to the result that they are not able to make any distinction for each expression. In this study, a pilot lesson was designed and applied for a test followed by a study on form-focused teaching method by which the target group is able to understand the difference among the meanings and use them in an appropriate way in the context of discourse, and comparison made between test results prior to and post the lesson shows group`s enhanced cognition of distinction in terms of meaning among the three reason expressions.
