사회적 시장경제질서와 독일통일 : 남한 경제질서와 남북한 통합에 주는 시사점 = The Social Market Economy and German Unification : Policy Implications for Korean Economy and Unification

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis is purposed to get the economic order for south Korea and the unified agreement between South and North Korea from considering the German`s market economy system and analysing how applied to the region of former East Germany`s. Between the Second World War and unification of German, Oct. 10th, 1990, West Germany had improved significant economic growth in social stability, thereafter created the efficiency of market competitiveness and made it possible to control the social security system in East German area. Of course, the application of the market economic system in East German area was caused to not only high money exchange rate, economic destruction from high labor wage, but also moral suffering from unemployment. These results came not from application of market economic system itself but from decision of unreasonable economic policy. After German Unification, During 11 years, the market economy system have played very important role in East Germany by minimization of the claims from East people, participation for people themselves to market economy system and guarantee the securing of their lives. Thereof, it is very imminent for Korea to construct the securing system and to comprehend social structure difference in order to ready for the unification economic situation between south and north. For establishment of unification economic structure, it is reached the conclusion from the free-faired competitive principle, stability of value of money, economic power, concentration of ownership, nurturance of democratic labor union, and abolition the governmental restriction of limited competition.
