This Study has developed the water-hammer reducing system, when a pumping facility power cut. We have developed linear control or pressure constraint control method of butterfly valve. As a result, This system was performed control accuracy within ±3 percent. and then valve is full closed to keep up the uniform pressure. We are expected that this system is replaced by check valve. We hope this system is going to substitute for the air chamber or the surge tank.
