국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 진로상담 및 진로심리분야에서 주목을 받고 있는 일의 심리학 이론(Psychology of Working Theory; PWT)에서 핵심 개념인 괜찮은 일(Decent Work)을 주제로 RISS에서 검색한 학술논문 18편, 학위논문 10편, 총 28편의 논문을 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제, 변인들 간의 관계, 측정도구의 기준을 갖고 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발행연도를 분석한 결과 괜찮은 일에 대한 연구는 2005년 처음 시작되었으며, 꾸준하게 연구가 진행되다가 2017년을 기점으로 점차 증가하였다. 둘째, 연구대상을 분석한 결과 대학교 졸업자를 대상으로 진행된 연구가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구방법을 분석한 결과 양적연구로 진행된 논문의 수가 20편으로 가장 많았다. 넷째, 연구주제별로는 변인간 관계를 알아보는 연구가 전체 연구의 18%로 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 변인들 간의 관계를 분석한 결과 괜찮은 일은 종속변인으로 가장 많이 사용되었다. 여섯째, PWT에 근거한 괜찮은 일을 측정하는 도구로는 한국판 괜찮은 일 척도(Korean Decent Work Scale; K-DWS)가 있었다. 본 연구는 위의 결과를 토대로 의의와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 정리하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends on decent work, a core concept in the PWT(Psychology of Working Theory), which has recently been receiving attention in the field of career counseling and career psychology in Korea. Methods: For this purpose, a total of 28 papers, including 18 academic papers and 10 theses, listed on RISS(Research Informaion Sharing Service) were analyzed by the year of publication, subjects, methods, topics, research themes, relationships between variables, and scales. Results: First, the research on decent work first started in 2005 and was conducted steadily, having gradually increased since 2017. Second, most of the research were conducted on university graduates. Third, the number of research conducted as quantitative design was the largest with 20. Fourth, the studies examining the relationship between variables were the most common at 18% of all studies. Fifth, decent work was most often used as a dependent variable. Sixth, to measure decent work based on PWT, there was the K-DWS(Korean-Decent Work Scale). Conclusions: Based on the results above, the significance and suggestions for future research were summarized in the study.
