수도권 개별입지 공장밀집지역 정비를 위한 제도개선 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyse redevelopment tools for the improvement of agglomerated areas of small factories in urban region. The tools such as quasi-industrial zone and district unit plan are applicable based on the current legal system.
On the basis of the empirical analysis, two meaningful results are derived. Firstly, the success of the redevelopment project depends on the feasibility which is directly associated with the incentives such as up-zoning and public subsidy. Therefore the strong support of the public administration for incentives is essential. Secondly, the reform of legislation of incentives is also important for enhencing the effectiveness of the redevelopment project. Finally, and the most important element is the will of the local government for the success of the project.
