사회부문 관리의 정부 책임성과 행정학계의 CSR 연구 당위성 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 제고는 경영학계의 주요 연구주제가 된 지 오래이다. 그러나 행정학계는 그렇지 못하다. 본 연구는 행정학계가 CSR 연구를 등한시 하고 있는 원인을 규명한후, 행정학적 관점에서의 연구접근 방안을 탐색하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 행정학계가 이제 더 이상 CSR 연구를 방치할 수 없다는 당위성을 발견한다. 특히 정부규제이론과 뉴거버넌스이론 차원에서 반드시 CSR 연구를 수행하지 않을 수 없다는 이론적 근거들이 발견되었다. 이들을 토대로 CSR 연구에 대한 접근 전략을 제안한다. 규제이론 관점, 뉴거버넌스이론 관점, 경영학적 연구접근방법 원용의 관점, 및 비교론적?비판론적 관점이 그 대안들이다. 거버넌스시대의 도래와 함께 사회부문의 증대는 앞으로 지속될 것이며, 이에 따라 행정학의 연구영역도 점점 더 확대되고 있다. 특히 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 제고 문제는 기업의 선도적 자율 활동과 정부의 정책적 지원 활동이 병행될 때 더 성공할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해서 행정학계는 CSR 연구를 보다 구체적으로 진행시켜 나가야 할 것이다.
