도심지역의 드론활용 사례 분석을 통한 개선 연구 (서울특별시 사례를 중심으로) = A Study on the Improvement by Analyzing the Use of Drone in Urban Area (The Case of Seoul Metropolitan Government)

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In fact, the use of drones in downtown Seoul is very weak due to safety and constraints on the environment in which drones are combined. Nevertheless, the Seoul Metropolitan Government has implemented a drone space information project from 2016 to 2019. The project to construct the information on the drones will be broadly divided into the development of the information on the drones and the development of the operating environment of the drones. Therefore, this study was intended to draw suggestions through character analysis of each content and to present examples of sustainable drone utilization. As a result of the research, the use of drones in Seoul Special City has been derived as a characteristic of necessity, promptness, economy, small scale, and public relations, and major change areas need to be completely reviewed, and the construction of drones space information for the requested areas of the business department needs to be continuously promoted and the expansion of demand center is required in consideration of public relations. To create an environment for operating drones, it was analyzed that continuous training of drones is needed, and that the company-wide publicity of drones is needed for the proposed application of proposed drones.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

서울 도심에서 드론활용은 안전성과 드론공역의 환경제약으로 매우 열약한 실정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 서울특별시는 2016년부터 2019년까지 드론공간정보 구축사업을 실시하여 왔다. 드론공간정보 구축사업은 크게 주요변화지역과 실무부서 요청지의 드론공간정보 구축, 드론운영 환경조성으로 대별된다. 이에 따라 각 내용별 특징분석을 통하여 시사점을 도출하여 지속가능한 드론활용 사례를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 서울특별시에서 드론활용은 필요성, 신속성, 경제성, 소 규모성, 홍보성이 그 특징으로 도출 되었으며 주요변화지역은 전면 재검토가 필요하고, 실무부서 요청지에 대한 드론공간정보 구축은 홍보성을 고려하여 지속적인 추진과 수요자 중심으로 확장이 필요하다. 드론운영 환경조성은 드론조종자의 꾸준한 양성이 필요하며 드론활용 제안 경진대회는 전사적인 홍보가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.
