LISREL 구조방정식에 의한 토지정보 수요자의 정보만족도 구조 분석 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 공공기관에서 관리되고 제공되고 있는 토지 관련 정보에 대한 이용자의 만족도가 어떠한 구조 속에서 결정되는가를 파악함으로서 수요자의 요구조건을 충족할 수 있는 토지정보의 관리방향을 제시하고자 한 논문이다.
이를 위해 본 연구에서는 토지정보의 기본요건과 관련된 13개의 평가지표와 토지정보의 만족도와 관련된 4개의 평가지표에 대해 만족도 조사를 실시하였다.
주성분분석과 LISREL 구조방정식으로 분석한 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 토지정보의 기본 요건과 관련된 13개의 평가지표는 3개의 주성분 요인으로 함축되었으며, 토지정보의 수집 업무를 담당하고 있는 실무자들은 접근성 요인의 주성분득점이 가장 높은 반면 중간관리계층과 관리경영층은 가공 용이성 요인과 정확성 요인의 주성분득점이 가장 높게 나타났다.
둘째, 도시개발관련 업무종사자들의 토지정보에 만족도는 관리주체로부터 취득한 토지정보가 이용 목적에 따라 다양한 형태로 분석되고 표현될 수 있는 구조일 때 높아짐을 확인 하였다. 이는 토지정보가 정확하다고 하다고 하는 단순 조건을 넘어서 이용자가 다양하게 분석하고 표현할 수 있는 구조로 제공되어야 함을 의미한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is to analyze the satisfaction structure for land related information which is managed and served by public organization of land information user and to guide a direction for land information management to meet the user's needs.
In order to do this, we implemented the Likert Scale survey regarding 13 evaluation indexes related with essential factor of the land information and 4 evaluation indexes related with satisfaction factor of the land information.
Here are some results that analyzed the research data which was developed by the Principal Component Analysis and the LISREL Structural Equation
First, the 13 evaluation indexes related with essential factor of the property information was abstracted to 3 major principal components : accessibility, modification simplicity, and accuracy. While the people in charge of collect the land information had high factor score in the accessibility, management level and operational level had high factor score in the modification simplicity and the accuracy.
Second, we verified that the satisfaction factor of the land information for people who in charge of the city development had high score when the land information that acquired from its administrator can be analyzed and expressed in variety format based on its purpose.
In spite of the fact that the property information must have accuracies, it also has to serve with a structure that user can analyze and express in multiple ways.
