놀이코칭 중심의 부모교육 프로그램이부모의 양육효능감 및 양육행동에 미치는 영향 = The effect of parent education program focused on play coaching on mothers' parenting efficacy and parenting Behavior

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to enhance positive parenting behavior and responsibility for parenting and provide an opportunity for parents and children to grow up together by examining the effect of the play coaching-based parent education program on parenting efficacy and parenting behavior. This study targeted 9 mothers, who have school-age children and voluntarily applied for the parent education program of the healthy family support center in D City. The play coaching-based parent education program was conducted for 90 minutes, twice a month and there were total 10 sessions of the collective education program. After the education, home play sessions were performed. Then the subjects shared their related experience and feedback was provided by the researcher. The play coaching-based parent education program was effective in enhancing parenting efficacy, warmth, and receptive parenting behavior. But parental anxiety, logical explanation, and neglecting parenting behavior had no significant differences between the pre-test and the post-test. This finding demonstrates that the play coaching-based parent education program can serve as a preventive parent education program to enhance parent-child relationships and prevent problem behaviors of children.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 놀이코칭 중심의 부모교육 프로그램이 어머니의 양육효능감 및 양육태도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증해봄으로써, 부모로서의 자신감과 양육효능감을 높이고 향후 부모교육이 보다 실제적이고 구체적인 방향으로 전개되고 정착되기 위한 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 D시 건강가정지원센터에서 실시하는 부모교육 프로그램에 자발적으로 지원한 학령기 어머니 9명이다. 놀이코칭 중심의 부모교육 프로그램은 월 2회, 1회 90분, 총 10회기 집단교육 형식으로 이루어졌으며, 교육 후 가정놀이 회기를 진행하고 그에 대한 경험들을 이야기 나누고 본 연구자가 피드백을 제공하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 놀이코칭 중심의 부모교육에 참여한 어머니의 양육효능감의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 모든 영역에서 프로그램 이수전에 비해 이수 후의 양육효능감 수치가 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 양육태도의 변화를 살펴본 결과 여러 영역에서 긍정적인 변화가 있었다. 이러한 결과는 놀이코칭 중심의 부모교육 프로그램이 치료대행자로서의 어머니 기능을 향상시켜 부모-자녀 관계를 강화시키고 자녀와의 긍정적인 상호작용을 증진시키는 예방적 차원의 부모교육 프로그램이 될 수 있음을 증명하고 있다.
