효율적인 자연형 소하천 정비기업 연구 = A Study of Improvement Technique for Close-to-Nature Creeks

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 방재에 적합한 장기적인 관점의 자연형 소하천 정비기법 연구에 관한 기초자료를 확보하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 소하천의 치수방재기능과 자연형 소하천 정비기법의 적용성을 분석하였다. 자연형 소하천 정비공법에 대한 연구는 장기간에 걸쳐 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 소하천 정비시 하천생태계를 보전 혹은 복원하면서도 치수방재적인 측면에서 불리하지 않은 정비기법에 대한가이드라인이 제시되어야 하며, 주민들의 의견, 문화적인 배경 둥을 고려하여 소하천을 종합적으로 판단하여 정비하여야 할 것이다. 소하천 정비후의 성과를 정확히 분석하고 현재까지 국내에서 연구된 결과를 최대한 활용하여, 전국에 걸친 일괄된 소하천 정비기법보다는 지역의 지형적, 문화적 배경에 알맞는 자연형 소하천 정비가 추진되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 국내 소하천 특성에 적합한 치수안정성을 갖추면서 소하천의 환경기능을 향상시킬 수 있는 지속적이고 일관성 있는 자료확보를 위함이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this study is to establish the database and direction of close-to-nature river improvement technique for long-range plan suited to prevention of disasters. Two approaches were tried. One is the investigation for model cases of close-to-nature river improvement technique and their damage, the other is the applicability analysis of close-to-nature river improvement technique in domestic creeks. A study of close-to-nature river improvement technique must be continuously performed to a long term. Also, to date, the maximum uses the result researched in Korea. Ultimate goal of this research is to provide guidlines for disaster prevention and environmental improvement at the same time to close-to-nature creeks. It is research to be continuous and consistent data that it can improve creek environment function equiping suitable flood control stability in domestic creek characteristic.
