국방무기체계 연구개발 사업관리요인 도출에 대한 실증적 연구: CMMI-ACQ 평가참조모델을 기반으로 = An Empirical Study on Deriving the Management Factors for the Defense Weapons Systems R & D Projects: Based on the CMMI-ACQ Estimate Reference Model

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to comprehensively derive the factors which are crit-ically important in managing Defense Weapons Systems(DWS) research and develop-ment projects. As the results of this study, 41 factors in 20 categories for effectively managing DWS R & D projects were discovered through reviewing relevant previous research, applying CMMI-ACQ estimate reference model and then empirically testing the hypotheses. Additionally, analyses of the differences among the management factors in the degree of impact on project outcomes, which consists of performance, schedule, and cost, were performed, which show the significant, differences among them. The findings of this study are thought to be contributive to providing significant theoretical ground for the future R & D project management research and to be prac-tically utilized as a useful guideline for effectively managing DWS R & D projects.
