비행청소년 가족치료에서 해결중심적 질문의 효과성에 대한 고찰 = A Research into Efficiency of a Solution focused Inquiry of the Family Therapy Related to Deviant Adolescents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

비행청소년 가족에 대한 기존연구는 가족을 비행의 원인으로 보는 가족병리의 시점에서 이루어 졌다. 그러나, 비행청소년을 보다 효과적으로 치료하거나 예방하기 위해서는 가족을 비행의 원인 자로서 보지 않고, 치료대상으로 보아야 할 것이다.
최근 많은 상담가들은 한 개인을 사회가 가진 보편성이나 규범에서 벗어나서 각자의 독자적 가 치를 인정하는 사회구성주의(social constructivism)에 관심을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 사회구성주의를 배경으로한 해결중심적 가족치료(solution focused family therapy)를 비행청소년 가족치상담에 적용하였다. 이 접근방법이 특히 치료적 대화를 통하여 내담자가 자신의 상황에 적절한 새로운 의미를 만들어 내도록 돕는 언어게임이라는 점을 고려하여 사례분석을 통하여 해결중심적 가족 치료의 질문기법이 비행 청소년 가족에게 어떻게 유용한지를 고찰하였다.
긍정적 의미부여, 예외질문, 가상질문, 척도질문, 메시지 전달 등의 해결중심적 질문기법은 상담 동기가 낮은 비행청소년 가족이 스스로 해결책을 구축해 나갈 수 있도록 돕는 유용적 기법이었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The family problem has been considered as the prime reason for deviancy of the adolescents. However, to cure deviancy and to prevent them from it, the family should be considered the subject to therapy rather than to be the prime reason for their deviancy.
The present study shifts from the collectivistic family therapy to the individualized family therapy. Especially, this family therapy emphasized a therapeutic skill of a "language game" between the therapist and the client. Hence, efficiency in application of this language game skill to the family with deviant adolescents, is examined through a series of case study.
This study finds that positive connotation, exception question, questions of supposition, scale question, and message-transmission have been useful to the family that shows a low aspiration of family therapy.
