This study subjects are following quests. First, how would the measuring tool for university consumer`s(the executives of companies) requirements be devised? Second, how would the priority of the consumer`s(the executives of companies) requirements be order? To answer above questions, first of all, a study of literature was done to find out the elements of consumer`s requirements of the university evaluation. As a next step, the investigative interview of university consumers was conducted to select more realistic items. The results of this study show that there are three major determining factors, 15 items for university consumer`s requirements about university evaluations. The first priority of the executives`s requirements is lecture types, practical and up-to-date knowledges. Building on the results of the present study, more general explanatory frame would have to be established on the current issues which the measurement of consumer`s requirements of the university evaluations.
