경제·경영의 새 패러다임 모색 : 돈의 패러다임에서 삶의 패러다임으로 from the money-oriented paradigm into the life-oriented paradigm = A Grope for new paradigm of the management and economic theories

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper investigate some essential premises of the established paradigm of actual disciplines in management and economy. Its starting point is that the people in general don t feel happy in spite of the fact that work hard and the economy grows continuously.
The main hypothesis of the paper is that the fundamental principles, i.e. the capital-oriented paradigm, of the management and economic theories are to much extent positively related to the quantity of life, but are at the same time more negatively related to the 'quality' of life.
In this context some ideas of the prevailing disciplines are critically discussed: original meaning of the term 'economy, the wide accepted assumption the resources are limited while the human needs are unlimited, the obsession-compulsion of 'competition' ideology and the myth of productivity etc.
After the argument that under the given socio-economic structures anyone can hardly find out her/his own identity and happiness, this paper proposes some ideas with regard to how an alternative paradigm i.e. the life oriented paradigm, could be realized in the future.
