초급 한국어 교실에서 노래 가사 활용 방안 연구 = 나선형 접근을 응용하여

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국어교육의 중ㆍ고급 단계에서와는 달리, 표현과 이해가 제한된 초급 단계에서 노래 가사를 활용해 수업을 하고자 할 때에는 언어적 측면에 대해 더 구체적이고 실효성 있는 고려를 해야 한다. 본고에서는 그 일환으로 나선형 접근의 응용을 통해 노래 가사에 등장하는 문형을 2차로 제시되는 것과 1차로 제시되는 것으로 구분하여 복습과 예습의 관점으로 교수-학습을 구성하여 보았다.
한국어교육에서 나선형 접근은 선형 접근과는 달리 교육 목적에 따라 항상 새로운 항목을 삽입할 수 있다는 점과 반드시 난이도와 빈도 순으로 열거된 문형을 학습하지 않아도 된다는 유용함을 가진다. 나선형 접근의 특징들을 응용하여 노래 가사를 활용한 수업을 할 경우 학습자는 노래가사에서 등장하는 이미 배운 문형에 대해서는 복습을, 그와 연계되어 있으나 교재에서 접하지 않았던 문형과 의미에 대해서는 심화 학습할 수 있다. 이처럼 노래 가사를 활용한 한국어 수업을 진행할 경우에는 등장하는 문형 중 학습 대상 문형을 정확히 선정해야 한다.
실제 수업에의 적용이 이루어지지 않았다는 한계점에도 불구하고, 초급 단계에서 빈번하게 접하는 문제임에도 논의가 미비했던 부분을 다루었다는 점에서 본고는 의의를 지닌다고 본다. 나아가 노래 가사 이외의 실제 텍스트, 이를테면 짧은 시나 수필 같은 문학 작품에도 본고에서 논의한 나선형 접근을 응용해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This essay aims to study how songs could be used practically in primary KFL classes. Nowadays various ways of teaching in KFL classes are developed to attract and enhance more participation of the learners instead of studying with textbooks alone. In particular, the foreign language learning using songs has proved its effectiveness. The songs used in the class must fit for the purpose and the choice of the songs need a full consideration.
In order to reduce burdens from learning and heighten learning effect, it makes sense to arrange pedagogical contents in a repetitive and circulating sequence. Here, it is effective to make repetitive learning preparations on spiral structure-oriented educational methods. In this regard, the purpose of this research thesis is to propose effective and substantial spiral educational methods.
But, it is significant in that this thesis offers substantial educational methods by structuralizing as spiral structure. It is expected that the study would be conducted in multiple ways and become conducted to an effective and substantial extent, in the real educational field.
