공간분석기법을 이용한 지목 불부합지 탐색 = 도로 지목을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지적공부에 등록된 지목과 현실의 지목이 상이한 경우를 지목 불부합이라고 하며, 이 중 도로는 주민의 재산권 행사와 통행권 보호의 문제가 크기 때문에 불부합의 해소가 시급히 요청되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도로 지목 불부합지를 탐색하기 위하여 우선 그 유형을 a. 하천, 구거 또는 유수지인 지목과 도로가 중첩되어 있는 경우, b. 도로 또는 도로의 사면으로 도로와 중첩되지는 않으나 지목이 도로가 아닌 경우, c. 지목이 도로인 필지이나 도로와 중첩되지 않고 인접한 도로도 없는 경우, d. 그리고 지목이 도로인 필지가 도로와 중첩되지는 않으나 도로가 인접해 있으며 선형도 유사한 경우 등의 4가지로 분류하고, 공간분석기법을 이용한 각각의 탐색 방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 이용하여 실무에서 보다 용이하게 도로 지목 불부합 필지를 탐색하고 유형별 처리 방안을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Land category disagreements are the cases where registered land category and reality are different. Among these, because roads are very significant in protecting property right and right of way, resolution of disagreement is urgently requested In this research, for finding out the parcel of land category disagreement, we have classified the disagreement in 4 types: a. river, ditch, and reservoir parcels overlap with road parcels, b. parcels without road category overlap with road and slope of road, c. parcels with road category doesn’t overlap with road and doesn’t have adjacent road, and d. parcels with road category doesn’t overlap with road but have similar shaped adjacent road. Then, we have proposed finding out algorithms which use spatial analysis methods. Using the result of this study, land management staffs can find out land category disagreed parcels with easy and prepare correction methods by disagreement types, in practice.
