지역사회복지관의 서비스 질이 서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = An Empirical Study on Effects of Service Quality of Community Welfare Center on Users’ Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구의 목적은 지역사회복지관의 서비스 질의 수준을 평가하고, 서비스 질이 서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 지역사회복지관의 실정에 적합한 서비스 질을 측정하기 위하여, 서비스 질의 세 가지 차원과 서브퍼프 기법(SERVPERF)을 활용하여 서비스 질 척도를 재구성 하였다.<BR>  본 연구의 분석결과, ‘직원서비스’(Beta=.298), ‘시설환경서비스 질’(Beta=.283), ‘프로그램서비스 질’(Beta=.179)의 순으로 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인구학적 변인(연령, 혼인, 학력, 주거, 소득, 이용빈도, 이용기간) 중에서 ‘이용빈도’(Beta=.103)가 유의미한 변수로 관찰되었으며, 사업인지도(이용전 인지도, 현재사업인지도) 중에서 ‘현재사업인지도’(Beta=.094)가 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 관찰되었다. 분석변수의 전체 설명량은 42.4%(R2 =.424)로 나타났다.<BR>  본 연구는 마케팅 영역에서 활성화되어 실시되어 온 서비스 질 측정방법을 지역사회복지관의 실정에 맞게 재구성하여, 지역사회복지관의 서비스 질 측정방법과 서비스 만족도 증진노력을 위한 연구에 기여하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  The objective of this study is to analyze the degree of service quality and the satisfaction factors in social welfare service, using the SERVPERF indicators and the service quality dimension. For the study, literatures on the service quality concept and service quality evaluation techniques, and relationships between customer satisfaction and service quality were reviewed. 484 questionnaires collected from analyzed.<BR>  The result of the study shows that following factors which has been influenced the customer satisfaction in the Community Welfare Center: Relationship Service Quality(Beta=.298), Environment Service Quality(Beta=.283) and Program Service Quality(Beta=.179). To increase the users’ satisfaction, the community welfare center tries to improve worker’s attitude toward users and service environment.
