The present paper examined a small-group practice of mindfulness meditation, which was performed for six weeks from January 6 1995 to February 17 1995 at the Student Guidence and Research Center of Duksung Women's University. The mindfulness meditation was performed as a self- realization program for college students. The present paper dealt with subjective experience of participants and interviews between the paticipants and the leader. The present paper also discusses some problems in teaching mindfulness meditation and some suggestions for better teaching of mindfulness meditation.
