중등음악교재에 제시된 평가 도구의 비교 및 분석 = Considerations on Evaluative techniques at Middle School Music Classroom

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 실음위주의 평가, 수행평가 등 음악교과에서의 다양한 평가방법이 적용, 시도되고있는 현 상황에 우리나라 중등 교과서를 분석해 봄으로써 학교교육에서의 음악평가의 중점방향을 살펴보고, 또한, 미국 교과서의 분석을 통하여 평가영역에서 다루어지는 다양한 음악적 행동과 응답 양식을 파악해 보려 한다.
이를 위하여 첫째, 우리나라 중학교 1학년 음악교과서(전9종)와 지도서를 평가부분에 초점을 맞추어서 살펴봄으로써 학교교육에서 음악 평가의 중점 방향올 다루어 보고, 둘째, 미국에서 쓰이는 교재인 Music Connection, Spotlight on Music, Making Music등에 제시된 다양한 평가 방법 및 도구를 분석 및 제시하고, 마지막으로 교재들의 비교를 통하여 바람직한 평가의 방향에 관하여 언급해 보려 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Evaluation in music education can be defined as a process of assessing the degree to which objectives and goals are appropriate and have been attained. Adequate evaluation depends on the selection of evaluative techniques which provide the desired kinds of information.
For presenting the efficient evaluative techniques and means, Music Connection Spotlight on Music, Making Musicusing widely in the U.S. is compared with Korean Music Textbook and Teacher's edition for Middle School. The factors used in comparison are the musical behavior, response methods based on the Jonn&Hess's catregory.
Musical behaviors focusing on the analysis are aural discrimination, aural identification with note reading, aural identification, background knowledge, compositional, emotive, note reading, playing proficiency, and preference. Reponse methods used for the analysis are pair comparison, successive categories, standard objectives, reproduction, production, verbalization, singing and instrument playing.
The most commonly used musical behaviors are background knowledge and playing for the Middle school text book in the U.S. Background knowledge, playing and compositional are commonly used in the Korean text book.
As the result of the study, various evaluative techniques reflecting the 7th Music Curriculum are applied for the music text book for Middle school students.
