The present study has been conducted entropy analysis on a saturated R134a vapour flowing through and condensed outside or inside horizontal cooling tube. The flow condensation heat transfer performance is dominated by the phase change process with low mass flux, and by two phase flow condensation with high mass flux. And there exists an optimum mass flux and a tube diameter ratio that results in minimum of entropy generation.
