The purpose of this study is to improve the behavior of an autistic child through application of behavior modifications of using Expressive Arts Therapy. The goal was o help him to come out of his autistic shell in order to discover his environment and to live and play with family and peers. The results of this study demonstrated positive effects on the behavior modifications of autistic child through the use of expressive arts therapy. The results were also demonstrated the complimentary positive effects on play, arts, and music therapy. This study domonstrates the value of a phenomenological approach in a qualitative case study of behaviour modifications applied to one autistic child over two and half years. The research methods applied integrated play, arts, and music therapy and working with the case materials used by phenornenogical hermeneutics in order to help understand the child`s behavior and his world.
