전략적 공급관리가 운영성과, 고객관점 성과 및 사업성과에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Strategic Supply Management on Operating Performance, Customer View Performance and Business Performance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국 기업들이 공급사슬관리를 성공적으로 추진하는데 중요한 요소인 전략적 공급관리(SSM)를 실행하기 위해서는 능력을 갖춘 공급자를 선정하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 우선 공급자 선정 시 품질 문제와 관련하여 그들이 ISO 9000 인증을 받았는지 그리고 품질경영을 실행하고 있는지 여부에 따라 전략적 공급관리에 영향을 주는지 분석하였다. 둘째, 전략적 공급관리를 추진하는 것은 고객만족을 통한 운영성과의 향상에 기여하여야 한다는 전제하에 전략적 공급관리가 납기기반 운영성과 그리고 비용기반 운영성과 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 파악해 보았다. 셋째, 이러한 납기기반 운영성과와 비용기반 운영성과는 궁극적으로 고객관점의 성과를 향상시킬 것이라는 전제하에 납기기반 운영성과와 비용기반 운영성과는 고객관점의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 분석해 보았다. 마지막으로 고객관점 성과의 향상은 사업성과를 향상시키는지 알아보았다.
분석의 결과 품질경영의 실행은 전략적 공급관리에 정의 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 전략적 공급관리는 납기기반 운영성과와 비용기반 운영성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 ISO 9000 인증여부는 전략적 공급관리에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 납기기반 운영성과는 고객관점의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 비용기반 운영 성과는 그렇지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 고객관점 성과는 사업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is very important for the Korean companies to select capable suppliers to implement the strategic supply management for the successful supply chain management. This study examined the effects of whether suppliers obtained ISO 9000 certification or not and implemented the quality management on the strategic supply management, first. Second, the strategic supply management affected positively on increasing operating performance such as delivery based performance and cost based performance. Third, I examined the effects of operating performance on the customer view performance and also the business performance.
The results of these analyses were as follows. Quality management implementation affected positively the strategic supply management, but ISO 9000 certification did not significantly affect the strategic supply management. The strategic supply management affected the operating performance positively. The delivery based performance affected positively the customer view performance, but the cost based performance did not significantly affect the customer view performance. Finally, the customer view performance did affect the business performance positively.
