서울都心部의 活動特性과 土地利用에 關한 研究

City is considered as a region of agglomeration activity & concentration imformation. These civic characteristics are particularly appeared in urban center. The urbanization economy & high centrality in central region are due to good accessibility. In fact, We can deduced overcrowded urban problem from these high dense function and activity in urban center. Therefore, urban spatial structure & land use pattern are generally determined by a set of outcome activity pattern. In this paper, the. real activity characteristics in Seoul CBD are investigated with general spatial theory.
Following conclusions are deduced from this correlation research. 1, Activity population has concentrated at central region. Employee and business population are distributed with different density within hard core, middle, periphery region. Density crater is approved by these fact. 2, Urban activity has the peculiar changing time cycle per day, per week, per month, per season & per year. 3, Peak time & running time is different from the type of activity and agents of business. 4, Urban function which has national-wide sphere influence is majorly located in the middle region and urban function which has international-wide sphere influence is densely located in the hard core region.
