초등학생의 사이버가정학습에서 학습 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색 = Factors Affecting Learning Transfer in the South Korean Cyber Home Learning for Elementary School Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 사이버가정학습에서 배운 내용을 학교 현장에서 활용하고 있는 정도를 의미하는 학습 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 있었다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 D시에 소재한 7개 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년 795명을 대상으로 연구 취지와 실시 방법을 사전에 설명한 후 학습자 배경 변인, 학습자 내적 특성, 교육내용 및 설계, 학습 수행 환경, 학습 전이 등의 관련 검사를 실시하여 786부를 회수하여 불성실한 설문지 6부를 제외한 780명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사이버가정학습에서 학습자 내적 특성, 교육 내용 및 설계, 튜터 지원, 사이버가정학습 수행 환경, 학습만족도가 학습 전이에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 사이버가정학습에서 학습 전이를 높일 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 결론으로 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자의 성적 향상에 대한 기대와 사이버가정학습을 학습할 수 있는 준비 자세 등 학습자 내적 특성을 사전에 잘 갖출 수 있도록 다양한 형태의 학습동기 유발 전략을 제공해 주어야 한다. 둘째, 사이버가정학습에서 학습자가 효과적으로 학습하도록 지원하는 튜터의 역할과 사이버 상에서 안정적으로 학습할 수 있는 시스템 환경이 중요하므로 무엇보다도 효율적으로 사이버가정학습을 수행할 수 있는 환경을 구축해 주어야 한다. 셋째, 학교 수업과 연계된 교육 내용을 구성하는 것은 물론, 학습 내용에 대한 구체적인 피드백을 제공하는 사이버가정학습 설계해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Cyber Home Learning System (CHLS) is the nationwide online learning initiative of the South Korean Ministry of Education, which share a number of similarities with well-developed e-learning environment. Most of previous studies focused on the effectiveness of CHLS such as students' academic achievement and satisfaction, while few studies addressed the leanring transfer in CHLS. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors that influence the learning transfer in the Cyber Home Learning Systems. Self-completion questionnaires were distributed to seven hundred ninety five elementary students from seven different elementary schools, and data were obtained from seven hundred eighty of them. The regression analysis were performed and findings indicated that factors such as learning contents and instructional design, learner's internal characteristics and performance environment affect the learning in CHLS. In particular, key factors that enhance the learning transfer were readiness of learners, relevance of learning contents, design of contents, learning environment and learning satisfaction.
