파트너쉽 관점에서 SCM 성공요인과 성과와의 관계 = A Partnership Approach to Rations of Supply Chain Management(SCM) Success Factors and Performance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

>오늘날 많은 기업에서 경영성과 개선을 위해 SCM 을 추진하고 있다. SCM 추진은 기업간 업무 프로세스 혁신 최적화를 통해 경영성과를 개선해 주는 장점이 있다. SCM 추진에 있어 상황변수로써 파트너쉽 변수는 경영성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 파트너쉽 수준에 따라 SCM 성공요인과 SCM 성과(사용자 만족도, 재무성과) 사이의 영향 관계를 구조방정식 모델을 이용해 분석하였다. 분석결과는 파트너쉽의 수준에 따른 SCM 성공요인이 SCM 성과에 영향을 미치는 변수에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 SCM 성공을 위한 파트너쉽 수준에 따른 가이드라인을 제시해 줌으로써 SCM을 추진하는 기업의 경영성과 개선에 큰 기여를 할 것이다.
