전사적 문서관리 시스템의 설계 및 구축 방안에 관한 연구 : 전자도서관 시스템을 중심으로 Based on Digital Library system = Design and Implementation of Enterprise Document Management System

The enterprise document management systems (EDMS) sector continues to grow rapidly in the digital library system. Businesses face many content management challenges - administering volumes of documents, getting the material online and keeping it up to date, for example - and an EDMS is a solution. But for many businesses the process of choosing an EDMS can be a perplexing issue in itself. One of the problems is that at first glance, most of the solutions can seem very similar. Each offers many of the same standard facilities you would expect in an EDMS solution, such as document capture and creation, document indexing and profiling, file systems services/storage, document viewing, annotation and editing, and integration with business systems. Of course, each EDMS solution also has its own features and benefits, which enterprises must weigh up before deciding which product to invest in.
The goal of research is to introduces the concept of EDMS technologies and applications. In this paper, we design and implementation of EDMS and Digital Library System based on Internet Environment. Requirements and design goal of Digital Library system are introduced, detailed functionalities of modules and design facts are described and execution procedures of the implemented system are explained.
