The purpose of this study is to research the chiropractic care of the expatriate community in order to provide resources to assist expatriates. A survey was conducted on April 21 to May 10, 2015 on expatriates mainly in college areas in Cheonan, Asan and Sejong City (Chungnam province). To provide a wider sample location, 100 surveys were provided offline as well as 84 online via Google survey, and results were analyzed. From the survey analysis, there were more female respondents than male, 55.98%, the highest number of respondents were aged 20-29 years corresponding to 41.30% of the total. The highest number of respondents were American, 37.50%. The most common occupation was employee, 57.07%, and the highest number of respondents had a Bachelor’s degree level of education, 36.96%. Most of the expatriates surveyed reside in Chung Cheong province, 60.33%. According to the findings and using a five point system, results demonstrate that respondents’ communication satisfaction was 4.1, chiropractic effectiveness was 3.9 and service satisfaction was 4.2.
