초기 청소년의 인터넷 일탈행위와 부정적 자아개념에 관한 종단 연구 : 잠재성장모형 적용

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 잠재성장모형을 이용하여 초기 청소년시기에 인터넷 일탈행위가 어떻게 변하는지, 그 변화에 부정적 자아개념의 변화가 원인으로 작용하는지 결과로서 영향을 받는지에 대한 분석을 실시하고자 하였다. 한국청소년패널조사의 초4에서 초6까지 3년간 종단자료를 본 연구의 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 그 결과, 초기 청소년시기에 인터넷 일탈행위는 증가의 추세를 보였고, 흥미롭게도 긍정적 자아개념은 변화하지 않는 반면에 부정적 자아개념이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 부정적 자아개념과 인터넷 일탈행위의 관계에 대한 원인모델과 결과모델을 비교분석한 결과, 인터넷 일탈행위의 증가가 부정적 자아개념 증가에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study examined the changes in Internet deviant behaviors and positive and negative self-concept over time among pre-adolescents, using latent growth modeling. This study also investigated the question as to whether negative self-concept is a cause or an outcome of Internet deviant behaviors. Data from the Korean Youth Panel Study, and the fourth grade cohorts of elementary school were used for the purposes of this study. The results of this study indicated that as Internet deviant behaviors increased, the positive self-concept showed no significant change, and negative self-concepts increased over time. I In addition, increases in Internet deviant behaviors were positively related to the increases in negative self-concept.
