청소년층 대상 정책연구의 질 관리를 위한 6시그마 적용 = Application of 6 Sigma For Quality Management in Policy Research on Youth

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is application of 6 sigma technique in policy research and investigation into effects for quality management of it. First, I review the theories and precedent studies about basis and application of 6 sigma. It is important to manage quality of policy research for improvement of policy outcome. Therefore the satisfaction improvement of policy research is selected in the target task of this study. The methods of this study are survey, interview, rating scale, brainstorming etc. of the policy research on youth and 6 sigma interested. The 6 sigma techniques are applied to analyzing this task in quality management. And results of DMAIC(Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process was analyzed in practice about this task. Finally, the effects of 6 sigma application were identified in quality improvement of policy research. It may be worth considering the diffusion of 6 sigma application in youth fields.
