학교폭력에서 나타난 갈등과 분쟁 개념에 대한 소고(小考) = The Study on the Support of Conflict and Dispute Resolution in School Violence

The purpose of this study is to explore on the effective support for resolution of dispute and conflict due to school violence. Not only victims and attackers but also stakeholder such as parents, teachers are suffering from dispute in school violence. However, there was a lack of research for deep investigation and analysis on conflict of school violence until now. there was insufficient the research on rational and multi-dimensional support and practical effort for dispute resolution, too. Thus, the study discuss that the result make a new understanding on conflict and dispute of school violence and is to be proposed the effective support for dispute resolution in dispute of school violence based on the existing conflict theory. According to this discussion, the author examine the time of intervention and suggest the intervening evidence on social welfare for the dispute resolution of school violence.
