At present, there are about 600 manufactures for Tofu and about 100,000ton of imported soybean worth of 70 billion won at the Korea market. But there are not desirable kinds of goods as well as good market circulation system which is in out-of-date manufacturing method. Therefore, in order to solve such problems, following points should be remarked. 1. KSG 5601, sanitary regulations for food products, should be released. 2. Tofu goods should be packed and transported under cold system. 3. Continuous advertisement for Tofu goods should be required as health food.
