The purpose of this study is to provide type of effective instructor for the table tennis player with disability and to provide the basic data to improve the athletic performance in para table tennis. The subjects of this study were 149 ping - pong players who participated in the 36th National Para Games. For the analysis of the research, Leadership Scale for Sport(LSS) questionnaire and player satisfaction questionnaire were used for the survey of the study. The analysis of the collected data was performed using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program, And regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, player satisfaction of table tennis player with disability as a athlete showed statistically significant correlation with training and instructional behavior, democratic behavior, task satisfaction, and social interaction satisfaction except leader satisfaction. Second, the instructional style of coach to table tennis player with disability showed positive effect of social interaction satisfaction, total action, and positive reward behavior, but there was no significant difference in task performance satisfaction.
