지모(知母)의 화학성분과 약리효능에 대한 한의학적 고찰 = The Study of chemical components and Korean medical effects of Anemarrhena Asphodeloides (知母)

Object : This study was observed correlation with chemical component, pharmacological activation and herbal medicine effects of Anemarrhena Asphodeloides.
Methods : We searched books, internet site and keywords were searched Anemarrhena Asphodeloides, Anemarrhena Rhizoma, Anemarrhena Asphodeloides compound.
Results : This study obtained the effects of Anemarrhena Asphodeloides treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, cancer, Laxative, asthma and inflammation. The major active compounds of Anemarrhena Asphodeloides are timosaponin A lll，timosaponin B ll and mangiferin. Chemical compound effects of Anemarrhena Asphodeloides were treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, coagulated blood, couch, cancer and inflammation. The Korean medicine effect of Anemarrhena Asphodeloides is using to lower heats, obtain a yin energy and cure coughs.
Conclusion : Several herbal effects of Anemarrhena Asphodeloidesare similar to effects of Anemarrhena Asphodeloides and chemical compound, but there is no Cleary known about several Korean medical effects and extract effects. Then, it is needed to study the effects of Anemarrhena Asphodeloides extract and Korean medicine.
