도시공간에서 역사문화환경 관련제도에 관한 고찰

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 문화유산의 범주가 확대되고 있는 세계적 추세에 따라 역사문화환경의 활용이라는 측면 에서 이와 관련한 제도적 고찰과 시사점 도출을 목적으로 한다. 역사문화환경의 보존과 활용을 위해 서는 문화재에 대한 보존과 동시에 도시공간과의 연계를 위한 도시계획적 관리가 필수적이라 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 도시계획과 관련한 제도적 뒷받침 및 관련 제도 상호간의 체계적인 관계설정 이 필요하다. 결론으로, 도시공간과 연계된 역사문화환경의 합리적인 활용체계를 구축함으로써 문화 유산의 보존과 활용이라는 시대변화에 대응할 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the related system for the utilization of the historical and cultural environment according to the global trend that the category of cultural heritage is expanding. In order to preserve and utilize the historical and cultural environment, it is necessary to preserve cultural properties and to manage urban planning for linking with urban space. For this purpose, institutional support for urban planning and systematic relationship between related systems are needed. In conclusion, it is necessary to respond to the changing times of conservation and utilization of cultural heritage by establishing rational system for utilization of historical and cultural environment based on linkage with urban space.
