감염병 대내·외 연구개발 동향분석 및 신규아이템 발굴

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 정책연구용역은 감염병 연구동향 수집체계의 정립, 감염병 연구동향의 조사분석, 감염병 분야 신규연구개발 아이템 발굴 및 리포트 발행을 목표로 수행함.
감염병 연구동향 수집체계 정립의 일환으로, 감염병 연구동향 수집을 위한 감염병연구소 내부 연구자 및 국내 감염병분야 연구자 의견수렴 방안 수립하였으며, 감염병 연구동향 리포트의 가이드라인 수립하고 감염병 연구동향 수집 결과에 의거하여 리포트 발간 계획을 수립함.
또한 수집된 연구동향의 효과적은 공유를 위한 이슈리포트 디자인(안) 도출 및 온·오프라인 발행 방안을 제시함.감염병 연구동향 조사분석의 일환으로, 코로나19 백신 및 치료제 관련 글로벌 개발 현황분석 및 관련 연구사례(논문) 제시하고 코로나19를 비롯한 최근 5년간의 감염병 관련 국가 연구개발 투자 현황을 분석함. 또한 국립감염병연구소 설립 배경 및 경과, 역할 및 향후 운영계획의 조사 분석과 국가 감염병 위기대응 기술 개발 추진 전략의 수립 배경 및 중점 추진사항을 분석함.
더불어 감염병 분야 전문가 자문을 통한 감염병 대응 방향 및 최신 연구개발 동향 제시함. 감염병 분야 신규 연구개발 아이템 발굴 및 리포트 발행의 일환으로, 감염병 분야 이슈 발굴 및 신규 연구개발 주제 발굴을 위하여 국내 감염병 분야 전문가 대상의 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 감염병 분야 전문가 대상의 추가 서면조사를 통해 감염병 관련 연구개발 주제 및 감염병 관련 정책·제도적 이슈를 발굴함. 전문자 설문조사 및 서면조사 결과와, 감염병 연구동향 조사분석 결과를 바탕으로 감염병 연구동향 이슈 리포트 발행함.

This research aims to establish an infectious disease research trend collection system, research and analyze infectious disease research trends, discover new R&D items in the infectious disease field, and publish issue reports.
As part of the establishment of the infectious disease research trend collection system, we established a plan to collect opinions of researchers within the NIID and domestic infectious disease researchers to collect infectious disease research trends, and established guidelines for infectious disease research trend reports, and we published report based on the collecting results.
In addition, we proposed a plan to draw an issue report design and to publish on/offline for the effective sharing of collected research trends. As part of research and analysis on infectious disease research trends, it analyzes the current status of global development related to COVID-19 vaccines and therapeutics, presents related research cases, and analyzes the state of national R&D investment.
In addition, we analyzed the background and progress of the establishment of the NIID, the role and future operation plan.
Also, we analyzed main national poicy about infectious diseases. In addition, the direction of response to infectious diseases and the latest R&D trends was presented through consultation with experts in the field of infectious diseases.
As part of the discovery of new R&D items in the field of infectious diseases and the issuance of reports, a survey was conducted for domestic infectious disease experts to discover issues in the field of infectious diseases and new R&D topics. Research and development topics and policy and institutional issues related to infectious diseases are discovered. Issue report was issued based on expert survey and written survey results and infectious disease research trend survey analysis results.
