농촌 지역에 의료기관인증병원 의료서비스가 고객만족서비스와 재방문 의사에 미치는 상관관계 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 의료사각지대인 농촌지역에 거주하며 의료이용율이 빈번한 노인들이 “의료기관 인증제 도”를 실시한 의료기관과 실시하지 않은 의료기관 방문경험이 있는 노인을 대상으로 의료 소비자의 만족도 및 재 방문 여부를 통한 “의료기관 인증제도”의 효용성과 그 성과를 비교･조사함으로써, 의료소비자들의 의료기관 선택 기준 마련에 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 S읍 소재 병원2곳의 방문자 200명을 대상으로 설문 전 ‘의료기관 인증제도’가 무엇인지에 대하여 간략히 설명을 덧붙여서 직접 알려주었으며 고객만족도와 재 방문의사로 구성된 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 통계분석 하였다. 분석결과는 인증의료기관의 만족도는 그렇지 않 은 의료기관보다 유의하게 만족도와 재방문율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 오늘날 의료는 의료서비스 양보다는 질적인 측면이 만족도를 높이는 요인으로 등장하였음을 확인하였고, 의료기관인증제도의 효용성과 공신 력을 제고하는 계기가 될 것이다. 따라서 본연구의 결과를 통하여 향후 의료기관이 의료서비스 질을 통한 신뢰도 향상을 위해 계속적인 노력에 박차를 가하는 계기가 될 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the "Medical Institution Certification System" through satisfaction and return visit for medical residents who visited the medical institutions that conducted the "Medical Institution Certification System" and residents living in rural areas, The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the medical consumer selection criteria. For this purpose, statistical analysis was performed on 620 visitors from two S - eup hospital using structured questionnaire consisting of customer satisfaction and return visit. The results of the analysis showed that satisfaction of certified medical institutions was significantly higher than that of non - certified medical institutions. This result was confirmed by today's medical care service quality hayeoteum emerged as a key factor of competitive institutions, will be an opportunity to enhance the effectiveness and credibility of the medical certification system
