국문 초록 (Abstract)

예비교사들이 대학의 교육과정상에서 이수하였거나, 이수중인 교직과목은 교육에 필요한 이론과 방법론적 지식으로서, 교사에게는 필수적으로 요구되는 학문으로 구성되어 있다. 최근에는 교직과목에 대한 가치인식이 낮아지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 예비교사들의 교직과목에 대한 인식도를 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다.
첫째, 대다수의 예비교사들은 대학의 교직과정에 대해서 불만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비교사들이 대학의 교직과정에서 경험한 교직과목의 강의 계획대로 진행되지 않고 있다. 셋째, 교직과목 개편에 대한 의견을 조사한 결과, 교직과목의 확대를 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학의 교육과정 상에서 운영 중인 각 교직과목에 대한 분석에서 전반적으로 만족도는 낮게 나타났는데, 이는 교직과정에 대한 불만족과 관련이 높은 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 교직과목의 타당성에 대한 논의가 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Teacher training courses that preliminary teachers have taken or are taking at the university are composed of theoretical and methodological knowledge, which are essentially required for teachers. However, recently, teacher training courses are not valued as much as the past were.
Results of analyzing teachers' perception of the training courses indicate as following; first, majority of preliminary teachers are not satisfied with the training courses offered by the university: second, the training courses are not being implemented as planned: third, preliminary teachers want the courses to be expanded: forth, current level of satisfaction with each training course come out generally low and this might be related with dissatisfaction with the training courses. Those findings need discussion of appropriateness of training courses.
