해항도시의 해역이용변천에 따른 해양건축물의 기능과 용도변화에 관한 연구 = 일본을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 해항도시의 시대의 흐름에 따른 해역이용에 따른 해양건축물들의 기능 및 용도 변화에 관한 연구이다. 최근 해항도시의 인근 해역에서 기존 해양건축물의 폐쇄와 철거 사례가 생겨나는 한편 사회적인 요구 변화에 따른 리모델링과 용도변경으로 기존 해양건축물의 새로운 활용을 도모하는 움직임이 점차 늘어나고 있다.
따라서 해양공간의 활용을 위하여 현존하는 해양건축물의 리뉴얼과 그 특징을 파악, 정리하는 것은 중요하다고 생각된다.
본 연구는 해양건축물의 당초의 건설경위와 그 후의 개보수나 이용의 변천을 파악하여 해양건축물의 성립요인과 입지 및 시설이용에 대해 그 실태를 규명하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is a study of the functions and uses of oceanic structures according to the use of sea water and the transition of Harbor cities. Recently, the developments or removals of the existing oceanic structures near coastal cities have opened up a new possibility to remodel or reshape them in keeping pace with the change of social needs.
Therefore, to utilize the oceanic space, it is considered significant to understand and arrange the characteristics of the oceanic structures in reshaping them.
This study tried to understand the ins and outs of the construction of the oceanic structures at the time and their remodelling and the change of usage after that, and also identi-fied the actual conditions as to the justified factors, locations, and facilities of the oceanic structures.
