수업에서의 창의성 교육 평가를 위한 탐색적 연구 = A Method of Evaluation of Creativity Education in the Classroom

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to propose the method of evaluation for creativity education. We examine the components of creativity based on the precedent studies and suggest some components that should be considered in the creativity education(ex.: divergent thinking, convergent thinking, creative personality). And then we develop a model to evaluate an instruction for creativity education in the classroom. It comprises three part of instruction, before class, class, after class, and each part is evaluated by creative criteria such as divergent thinking, convergent thinking, creative personality. We also propose an idea of developing a tool for assessment of creativity education in school. This idea need to be verified in terms of following studies. This study is significant because we don't have any method to evaluate creativity education in school despite it's necessity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학교 수업에서 창의성 교육이 실행되고 있는 정도를 평가하기 위한 지표와 지수를 탐색적으로 조사하고 계발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 토대로 창의성 교육을 실행하고 있는지를 평가하기 위한 요소를 창의성의 요소와 수업의 요소로 나누어 평가 모형을 제안하고, 이 모형에 기초하여 학교 현장에서 창의성 교육의 실시 정도를 평가 할 수 있는 예비검사도구를 개발하였다. 창의성 교육 평가 모형에서 창의성의 요소는 유창성, 융통성, 독창성 요인을 포함하는 사고의 확장과 추론력, 비판적 사고력을 포함하는 사고의 수렴, 그리고 민감성, 상상력, 과제집착력, 개방성을 포함하는 창의적 성향의 세가지이다. 창의성 교육을 위한 수업의 요소는 교육과정과 교사/학생 변인을 포함한 수업의 이전 단계, 수업의 설계와 학습환경, 수업실행 등 수업단계, 그리고 수업 후 단계 등 세가지이다. 학교 수업에서 창의성 교육의 평가 방안에 대해 체계적인 연구가 되어 있지 않은 현실을 고려해 볼 때 본 연구는 수업의 전 과정을 종합적으로 평가 하는 도구개발의 초석이 될 수 있다는 점에서 의미를 찾을 수 있으며, 후속 연구로 본 연구에서 제안한 내용을 기초로 구체적인 검사를 완성하여 그 신뢰도와 타당도를 실증적으로 검증한 후 학교현장에 활용할 것을 제안한다.
