『가곡원류』 초기본 형성과정과 의미 －<육당본> <프랑스본>을 중심으로－ = The Formation and meaning of an early version of 『Gagogwonryu』 -with <Yookdangbon> and <A French version> as the center

An early version of 『Gagogwonryu』 remains strong in <Yookdangbon> and <A French version>. The following are early version``s features that was found on these two poetry collections. First of all, different lyrics for each song of the scriptures based upon 『Jieum』 was rearranged. First, the whole system was revised according to priority of singing, and other songs that was added was placed in mostly in ``Gyemyounjo Isakdaeyeop and its derivatives``. And then some melodies for some lyrics of the structures based upon 『Jieum』 was changed. This is kind of expression of editor`s confident interpretation of songs. Especially, ``Gyemyounjo Junggeo·Pyunggeo``, which was in controversial about lyrics and melody, wasn`t divided, but was bound 124 pieces of lyrics to one. Some lyrics among these left notes about the title of melody. It shows its serious attitude to ``Lyrics and Melody``. Second, some lyrics was included in overlapping for singing two different melody at the same time. This is particularly noticeable in bringing many male song`s lyrics for female song. It shows an editor`s new vision for interpretation of songs. Third, Yeoneumpyo, which is a Gagok score, left in some lyrics of female song. Yeoneumpyo was evenly distributed in melody of Bongagok, but was written very roughly. It is kind of the first attempt to write the score. Facts like Above show its original purpose of editing as editor said in epilogue of 『Gagogwonryu』. Even though it wasn`t perfect, but the purpose of editing was already attempted in an early version. Meanwhile, <Yookdangbon> and <A French version> is not early versions itself. These were re-transcribed in the future generations, but they kept their own original figures. It means that poetry collection was admitted and enjoyed as a good text if it was acceptable in that time, even though it wasn`t completed.
