The purpose of this study was to investigate what are the problems to manage the branch-classes for the students with severe-multiple disabilities. Qualitative research method was utilized to analyze the problems of the classes for the students with severe-multiple disabilities. The Principals, vice-principals, and teachers of the main schools which have the branch classes, and teachers of the branch-classes were interviewed to discuss the problems to manage the branch-classes. This study was concluded follows. In management of school-based curriculum, (a) it took overuse times to assess for new students, (b) evaluation and instruction were not balanced, (c) teachers spent too much time to support the students, and (d) community-based instruction was not adopt to the students. In educational environments, (a) superintendents, principals, and teachers can not participated to change the school environment because of no contracts about use of the classes with the institutes which the owners of the branch-classes, and there was not any places for the teachers, (b) the teachers who are working for the branch-classes complained about the relation with the persons who are the directors of the institutes, and (c) there were not any contract to protect for fire, robbery, and transportation. Therefore, this study indicated that principals have to: (a) make contract with the directors of the institutes about guarantee of the teachers in the branch-classes and educational environments (b) consider how to manage the community-based curriculum; and, (c) consider how to manage resonable assessment and evaluation.
