The purpose of the study was to develop the materials of practical arts subject for integrated instruction with real world and others subjects on the PBL(Problem-based learning) strategy.
The study was conducted through literature research, evaluation research of experts, and qualitative experimental study based on the constructivism learning environment, PBL, Integrated curriculum theory.
The results of this study were as follows;
1. Integration model classifies in PP type (integration model in subject)), PA type (integration model between subject), PE type (subject transcendence type integration model), PAC type(perfection integration model).
2. Standards for extrinsic value were proposed the practical knowledge, practical skills, practical attitude, and standards for extrinsic value were proposed thought (divergent thinking, logical thinking, etc), ability (troubleshooting, decision-making, communication, cooperation etc.), inclination (pride, self effect divination, self respect, self-control, diligence anger etc.)
3. Problem solving approach as learning strategy and Performance-based assessment as assessment strategy were proposed in this study.
Integrated instruction design strategy based on problem-based learning pass through very complicated process by integrated curriculum, instruction design, assessment design.
4. Developed subjects in the study for Integrated Curriculum were 10 units. And the main finding of experimental study in the study was that developing evidences of cognitive attainments and affective attitude in integrated curriculum classroom lessons was found
